Can't use blue "Access IBM" botton while booting

Hi
my IBM T42 is 2378DVU with a 30 GB harddrive.
I replaced it with Hitachi E7k60 60 GB harddrive by using ghost. Afterward, it can start winxp in primary partition but not in HPA. Can anyone tell me how to "activate" the "access IBM" function for recover and resuce? Such as my X30 or T30, I can follow the steps below to "activate it"
