Will This Fit?

Hi All,

I am (Hopefully) in the process of upgrading from a T23 to a T42. In the T23 I currently have a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4082N Multi burner will this fit into my new T42?
I think it is a panasonic made for IBM (or so it says on the label)

Unfortunately it will not fit in the T42. T2* & T3* have 12.5mm drives and after that, up to now, all Ts have 9.0mm drives. It is unfortunately too fat :(
T61p 6460-67G; 15,4 WSXGA+ W7P x64, no hairdryer.
T43p 2668-G2G, 14,1 SXGA+, XP Pro, internal hairdryer
T23 2647-9LG, 14,1 SXGA+, XP Pro, no hairdryer

Thanks for the info, kinda what I expected............too good to be true eh?

Never mind, as the T42 has USB 2.0 I can always buy an external DVD writer.
