Hi guys. I was listening to some general MIDI (thrilling isn't it?) on my headphones. Then I stopped, did someting else for about 2 minutes, and tried to listen again, but nothing worked. Headphones and speakers were dead. I restarted my computer, but the speakers didn't work. The headphones worked though. I have tried everything, from updating the driver, restarting multiple times, but nothing has worked. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Brian

hmm...weird problem, something might have happened in the headphone jack. Since when the headphones are in, the speakers shut off, my guess is that whatever makes the switch happen might have gotten damaged and it is stuck on the headphones setting. I doubt anything is physically wrong with the speakers. Maybe you could try jiggling your headphone plug in the jack and see what happens. Hope you get if fixed.
