Could not install device USB

#1 Post by buckalho » Fri Feb 29, 2008 12:31 pm

Hello

I'm getting error message that says could not install usb drive whenever i plug in usb. On device manager, it yellow question mark appears on "Generic USB Drive". Tried to update and everything but no result....

Strangely, the usb drive volume appears in my computer and the usb works fine. I'm getting annoyed lately whenever I plug in my usb. Does anyone has this problem?

Anyone has any idea how to fix this issue?
FYI, I have T41 with Bios ver. 3.23 installed. If I recalled correctly, this problem began to start after I flash my bios.

You can revert the BIOS to the older version and see if that helps.
