Requesting for fwrestor.exe and fwbackup.exe

Does anyone have a copy of these two files required for the backup of the HPA? Have followed the instructions of the white paper for extracting them but am unable to get it to work from the hit F3 key onwards cos clicking on the restore to factory settings link brings me immediately to hdd formatting....

Looking at the pdf, it seems that the screen i got after interupting startup with the ibm access button is different from that in the white paper...
