Bios update...

Just updated my bios and controller and i dont know if im imagining things but i swear the ibm splash screen is slightly differant, there is still the ibm logo and centrino on the top right, but the colours seem to look dimmer especially on the centrino badge - the red part looks more burgundy...hmmm....any thoughts

You probably haven't noticed all the articles in the newspapers and the legal things going on between Intel and Deutsche Telekom during the summer.

The "magenta" color belongs to Deutsche Telekom and Intel has agreed to change its color from magenta to burgundy red. It happened this summer.
All printed centrino logos changed as well.

lol, well that would explain it! for the record, it looks awful!
