Change bios splash screen

I'm not sure if anyone in this forum has posted this topic but I just want to share something that I did couple days ago: changing my bios screen.

I downloaded bios ver. 3.23 (non diskette) from Lenovo website.
Does anyone want to try it too?

Note: Please follow the step carefully since I don't know what's gonna happen if you messed up bios screen.
