Migrating T41 HDD to T42p

I wanted to know if there would be any problems moving a hard drive from a T41 (2373-311) to a T42p (2373-HTU). I'm guessing I'll need to have drivers on-hand for the different hardware (i.e. video card, networking, etc), but can I expect problems with Windows booting up?

Is there anything special that I should do before moving hard drives?

It should work fine, the HAL should not complain about the switch because both motherboards are the same except the video.
Just have access to the fireGL drivers.
