T40 Wireless

I have a T40 2373 with a 2200BG internal wireless card. The card occasionally turns itself off, or looses function. and I have to reboot. I've searched the forums, and have gone to support and downloaded all the newest drivers I can think of. I have tried to reset power in control panel as best I can figure out. Fn-F5 gives error message "CHANGE POWER SETTINGS OF WIRELESS RADIOS" - "IBM Wireless adaptors (802.11 or Bluetooth) are not installed on this system". This error even occurs when it is working (like now) Although this is just an annoyance, I was hoping someone could offer advice or point to a help webpage that could walk me through possible helps. In device manager go into the properties for the WiFi card, click on the advanced tab and make sure Power Save mode is set to disabled.

I'll see if this works.
Occasionally the device will not turn on at boot.

What is the part number of the card? The newer cards (post T43 introduction) tend to give this error with Fn F5 and I was never able to get rid of it with my upgraded atheros a/b/g card in my T40 (BIOS etc, all the most recent). The wireless worked just fine, though.
