Move T43 LCD panel to T42?

Both are SXGA+ 14.1" screens, my T43 died (is completely foobar) but the dispay is good and my T42 the backlight seemed to have died, so I hope to move the display from the T43 over to the T42 and toss the remains of the T43. Are they the same? Can I move just the panel or even the whole top half of the laptop? I assume the ribbon cable connecting the video is the same.
