Is it just me, or has the quality of tech support at IBM/Lenovo gone down the toilet of late? I see more and more "tech support weren't able to help me" postings on these forums. IBM tech support was always outstanding for me (from about 1998 when I got my first 600 series computer). My recent calls, however (primarily this year) have been met with shrugged shoulders and very strong, sometimes incomprehensibe, accents. I wonder have Lenovo outsourced their tech support to HP ("in Atlanta, Georgia")?
