Good Source for a replacemnet battery

I need to replace the battery on my T23. Any suggestions where I should get it from? (Its out of warrentee)

Also, I am thinking about getting a new T42. I saw mention of Bill on the forum who sells them, but I have not seen a link. Where do I find Bill's shop?
