New T42 2378FTU - Problem with battery?

I have notice that my battery (Sanyo) never reaches 100% charge, usually b/w 97-99% on my new T42. Should I call IBM for a repalcement, is this normal battery behavior, what do you think?

Recommendation is to totally discharge, recharge about 3 times to "resync" the battery. Don't worry about it.
