fit two not fully working mobos into one

hello from Poland

i've two mobos, one (MB1) can't boot up within native lcd, only with external monitor, secondary (MB2) don't boot up with battery (only AC adapter) and have GPU issue, it must be pushed to boot up.

any ideas how to make one fully working mobo with above ?

1st option(MB2) GPU reassembly, replace fuses, capacitors ?
2nd opt. (MB1) replace lcd controler, transistors and bog knows what else ?
