found new harware: PCI modem

I just installed a new HDD with the recovery Cds and my T42 is trying to install a PCI modem. What is it, I have a Thinkpad 56K modem installed and I have a wifi card installed. In device manager, it has a yellow ? and no detail. I don't have a bluetooth modem as far as I know. (2373-4WU)

Your Thinkpad 56K is a PCI modem. The little card is plugged into the PCI bus.

If you delete this device, does it come back?

I deleted it and it is gone. I guess it was a glitch as my 56K modem was installed and working fine.
