Need clarification about DVD drive driver update

On the "Downloads and Drivers" page at IBM support for T42p, under "CD and DVD drives" there are 2 possibilities: the first is called "InterVideo WinDVD 5 player update" and the second is called "InterVideo WinDVD player update (without the "5")". The first also has "Section 508 release" in parentheses after the name. The first is from 4-4-04, and the second is from 23-9-04. Anyone know if they are the same and I only need to install the latest, or they are different and I should install both?
