How to get my ThinkPad key and fn+F4 buttons working on T23?

I just got my T23 last Friday and im very happy with it. It came with Windows 2000 Pro but over the weekend I installed XP Pro w/ SP2. I like it a lot better because of cleartype and im more familiar with XP. System seems to run much smoother and everything is going well except the sleep mode and thinkpad key isnt working. What do I need to install to get them to work again? The hibernate mode works perfectly. TIA
