T41p Battery Health , charge threshold change

I have T41p and My friend has a T42.

In the T42 when I click on the battery information , and then go to battery health.

There is a option called Improve battery health , is there anyway to get this option enabled on the T41p also ? . It also gives a option of charge threshold, be default on the t42 it is 96 % and can be lowered, but on the T41p it seems to be charging at 96% but wont give any option to change it

Running BIOS 3.13 on both and the version of BMM is 1.37a

Has someone already seen this ?
