Are T series warranties transferable?

If down the road I want to sell my T42 is the balance of the 3 year warranty transferable? And what is the process to transfer the warranty if it is.

AFAIK, you dont need to do anything to transfer the warranty. They go by the model and serial number on the bottom. I bought my T23 on eBay last week and on Sunday I called them to send me a new adapter because mine would intermittently work. I gave them the model and serial and I had a new adapter waiting for me after work on Wednesday.
