Swaping hard drive

Just bought IBM Thinkpad and want to get my self a new 80GB hard disk. The 40GB disk in my IBM Thinkpad is split into two partitions, one about 5GB for the factory restore and the big one for the operating system. The question is can I ghost both partitions to the new 80GB disk and keep all factory restore function?

Must use the -ib parameter with Ghost to preserve it.

Another option is to request the factory recovery disks, recover the image to the 80GB...
