T30 Ram Question HELP..Which one is faster or better?

Hello, I have a T30 and would like to know which 256 Meg Ram is better..The following is what is written on each of them::

1. Kingston 0220 V4 1944
D328DWM-70 P01

2. HYNIX PC2100S-25330
HYMD232M6466-H AA
256MB DDR 266Mhz CL2.5

It looks as though the Hynix is PC2100, but I could not locate the speed on the Kingston based on the info you provided. Also, what CPU is in your T30? I did a quick google and saw that the T30's use the Pentium 4 Mobile. This or PC2700 RAM should work fine. The important thing is to match the speed in your laptop. It probably has PC2100 in it, so getting PC2700 would be pointless. Hope this helps
