lcd digital noise and freeze

hi,

i just replaced motherboard and ccfl lamp in my t40.
now i'm sometimes digital noise on screen and after that laptop freeze.

where can be problem ? inverter or lcd cable ? or just GPU

A faulty inverter caused high-pitched noise once in my A31p. I don't know about your problem though since it only appears when the laptop freezes..My A31p made the noise always when using with less than 100% screen brightness until I swapped the inverter.

thank you for reply

today i've tested this within two other inverters, that same issue.
so this isn't inverter.

to be sure, i've disconected whole lcd assembly and used external vga monitor... and supprice, after that when i pushed board around gpu, it hands also.
so, answer is, board is broken, propably gpu needs reflow.

anyone know some tutor for home made reflow of gpu ?
