Is it possible to use some lower speed/ulv pentium M cpu on 2GHz T42p ?
And where I can buy those CPU ?

why would you want to?

and why did you buy a top of the range T42 model (ie, the 2ghz 'p') and want to use a lower speed CPU in it..?

Maybe because he want a cpu which isn't run too hot
on full speed.

AFAIK the UL and the ULV processors are sold only to
manufacturer because you can't put them into a socket.
These processors must sold directly on the locgic board.

if speedstep isn't enough I would strongly advise him to get a X series for those times when he wants extra portability.

Why not downgrade to 128MB RAM while you're at it and the T42 does have a modem so you can get shot of your nasty high-speed broadband connection too
