How to update the bios of a T43? I dont have a floppy diskdrive.

visit the following links, depending on your machine type, to get the diskless bios and ec update packages. just read the directions very carefully. print them out before starting. you don't want to brick your machine. if you need to update the ec, too, do the bios first and then do the ec update.
