Conflict problems with norton 2004 and zone alarm anyone?

My system was freezing right before the icons would appear on the desktop at startup (yes, after fingerprint verification and all that). After so much frustration, removed zone alarm on safe mode. when i restarted the system it rebooted fine. no problems. not sure wether this is a fluke and i got lucky this time, or wether this will definitely be a conflict.

Any ideas?

Using ZAPro and NAV 2004 without a problem here - no fingerprint reader on my system though.
