Upgrade T40 internal 802.11b to g? How to? Buy where?

I'm thinking of upgrading the miniPCI card in my T40 from the included 802.11b part to a g part.

Where could I buy the card?
What am I looking at in terms of compatability?
Is it just plug-n-play or will I have to flash the BIOS or some firmware?
