Strange battery meter results.

As you can see, my battery meter reports 0% left but sits around for another 30 minutes or so. Any way to re-set the gauge?

I tried batterymaxiMiser and thinkvantage power manager, and it went from 44000 mWh to 22000 mWh to 15000 mWh to 10000 mWh.

Though the readings are incorrect, the battery life is still more or less the same.

You might try a third party program like Notebook Hardware Control for another way to check it. It will give you battery status and health info. Site is here

The reason could be, that one of the Lithium cells inside the battery pack is going to die.

There are 6 cells in a standard T4x battery pack, from the type "18650"

This sounds likely. What's funny is that though the meter shows 0%, I can still use it fine for quite some time...

I used battery eater Pro to capture the above graph, NHC's wear level info is included in battery maximiser, but if you really wanna see it...
