T42p Keyboard - Interchangeable with T40?

I have a T40 (14") with a keyboard that I prefer over the one currently on my T42p (15"). I know the keyboards are the size, but the T42p keyboard has three screwpoints, while the T40 has four. I'm curious if the fourth screw point will still fit inside the casing of the T42p. Anyone done this swap?

I think the three posts 15 inch KB will fit in a 14 inch machine but not the other way around.

So the fourth post has nowhere to go in the T42p? That's what I was afraid of.
