Docking question

Is it possible to turn off the computer speaker on the T30 and just have the output from the docking station work?

maybe by putting a mini plug in the speaker jack of the laptop?

Just turn the sound all the way down on your volume buttons but don't mute it, that way no sound will come out of the speakers and you will have sound out of the docking station. This works on my T42.
