Anyone here have Disk 6 of the Restore CD set?

Hi there,

Went through process of restoring a T43 Type 2668-41G back to factory settings after some idiot decided to wipe the recovery partition and install a pirated copy of XP but disk 6 of 6 of my recovery set is corrupt

No worries I thought as I have another set on the shelf but these turned out to be for the X41 TabletPC

Does anyone here know where I can obtain a copy please or better still can some kind soul make an .iso disc image and either pm me a link or let me know and I can setup a one-off ftp folder specifically for the purpose?

Not sure if the latter is allowed so if not apologies for asking.

I've just had a look at the recovery disk set for my T43 1871-FWG and it doesn't support your model.
Maybe someone will be along who can help directly, but if your machine is still under warranty then call the help desk in Greenock and tell them your hard disk has lost its recovery partition. They usually arrange to send you a set of recovery disks. It takes a few days as the disks come from Slovakia.
