refreshing on external monitor with 1440x900

Hi,
i tried many drivers, but i can't set display refreshing over 60Hz.

i have IBM thinkpad t41 with ATI Radeon Mobility 7500, I set my BenQ 19" (DDC: 1440x900 with 75Hz) as primary monitor.

any ideas ?

I'm curious, is there a problem with using 60hz? I understand it would be nice, but the only time I've seen a difference was on my 17" CRT that would whine at the lower frequency. Try installing newer driver, I think I was using catalyst, or something similar drivers. (I had the same video card and it working on my 17" CRT)
