acs.exe error

I've been getting an ACS.EXE error on shutdown with T41s and T42s.
Connected or not via wireless prior to shutdown the error happens sporadically.

Windows 2000 SP4
Atheros Wireless driver v3.1.102.23
IBM Access Connections v3.30
