Problem with IRDA connection

I have already described in previous post problems with COM port for bluetooth, possibly something blocks these ports.

I have found also problem with IRDA connection between my mobile phone - Siemens M65 and computer. When I try to setup Internet access connection via GPRS, and my comp. is connected via IRDA with phone, GPRS software not recognizes a appropriate COM Port for IRDA.

Any ideas how to force T41 to properly assign port for IRDA?
