T42 long Fan in a T43 mobo

#1 Post by LPC » Wed Nov 26, 2008 8:34 am

I was thinking can the T43 Long M24 fan be replaced with the T42 long fan M10 p/n 13R2657 or p/n 13N5442 to reduce fan noise in the T43 system?

What T43 system are we discussing here?

There's a thread somewhere here (yes, I tried to find it...) that discussed reducing the thickness of the fan, to make it quieter.
