Resume on Time on T21

Hello,

Have people had success with the BIOS feature, "Resume on Time"?

I cannot get this to work, with various BIOS settings.

T21 2647-9AU
Bios v. 1.15 (1.16, the newest, is labeled as a battery monitor improvement, and vaguely rumored to not work w/ 'foreign' batteries)
