time wrong?

i am wondering if this is a laptop issue.... currently on my T42 (2378FVU) the time says 2:24 PM 1/14/05 EST.... It is really 10:24. Is the crystal responsible for time messed up or something? Is there any program that I can use to sync the time coz this is really annoying.

Double click on the clock in your toolbar, then click on time zones.

Set correctly?
