Will a X20 AC Adapter work on T43?

#1 Post by wilsonhs » Wed Dec 17, 2008 11:03 pm

Hi all,
I am at last back to TP.com since the death of my X21
and I have just grabbed a T43 1871-F1G for 150GBP from Ebay.UK
so far it works excellent throughout the week.

I wonder my Old X21 AC adapter would work fine on my T43.
Because the old adapter is in my old house so I cant just test it right now.
If someone is telling me that it wont work, I wont bother to get it here.

Looking forward to hear from you all.
Nice day~

The adapter is the same voltage. If its the original 45watt, 3.6amp one that came with the X2 series then it won't have enough power to run the T43 and charge a depleted battery. I've used the same adapter on a T40 with a depleted battery and it would overload and cycle on and off. With the battery removed, it had no problems. Of course, YMMV since you're dealing with a T43.
