Im thinking of selling my T30 and picking up a T-41. Is there anything I should look out on that model? Any negatives?
Opinions would be great.
Thanks

It depends in part on the price you have to pay. I have a T41 2373-1HU that runs very well. I happened to have a 60Gb 7200-rpm from a T30 that I sold, and I used the 60Gb in the T41. Nice upgrade and recommended. The T41 came with a 1.4GHz Banias that I upgraded to a 1.8GHz Dothan. Another nice upgrade and also recommended. But these upgrades were not free, so if you pay a lot for a T41 and proceed to upgrade it, you need to factor together the total cost. You might find a T41 at least with the large hard drive. I am very happy with my machine. ... JD Hurst
I have a T40 1.5, T41 1.6, and T42 1.7. Obviously, no perceptible difference in performance. All three are fantastic. I'd buy another T4x series without hesitation. Best buy might be a new T40 (they're still out there). If you play games, get a machine with a decent graphics card (T40P, T41P, T42/9600).
