Exact parts used in your laptop?

IIRC, there was a thread here that had a link where you could key in your serial number and it would show the exact part numbers for the components used in your laptop.

IIRC, people were using it to figure out if they had the NMB or Chicony (APLS) keyboard.

I can't for the life of me find that thread. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It is in the www.lenovo.com support warranty page. After you entered your type, serial numbers and pulled up the warranty info, there is a hyperlink for the part numbers originally shipped with your machine.

As far as the wifi card, pop the covers and take a look, although if you are running at 802.11g speeds you have this adapter.

I would like to have the Czech one, but I didn't found any and I do not need it so much to buy a brand new one. +my personal opinion is that my keyboard is quite good so until is doing perfect service I am not considering to swap it. About the WiFi speed - had no chance to test full speed but I think that somewhere I was connected in G mode so it seems resolved
