Desactivate my souncard

Hi again everyone,

Need help again....each time tired of non efficient personal researches...

I would like to know if there is any ways to desactivate my soundcard and my graphic card in the BIOS, for re-install formating procedures.

Is it possible?

I'm not able to find a way.

Wait, why are you doing this again? Pretty sure you cannot deactivate the graphics.

Hi aaa,

Actually, i have some weird blue screens while reformating XP Pro.

Related to portcls.sys

I went on few forums and the problem is coming (it seems) from driver conflit with the onboard sound device. Same for graphic card...

So if i shout all PCI IRQ "off" in the bios, maybe i'll get the problem solved.
