Hello,
i´ve installed a new Thinkpad T42. and now when i press FN+F5 ..on the register Wireless/Radio...there is only a Bluetooth connection. my question: What i have to install, so that i can see the wlan connection too?
Under the ibm tools path..i am not able to identify the right setup for that.
Please help.
What do i´ve to install to find 802.x feature under FN+F5
I think you have to have IBM Access Connections installed, as well as a driver for the card (I don;t think you need the original IBM one - it can be the one from Intel in case of 2200BG) and you need to have Sebring API installed. It is located in the someware driver directory (not C:\Drivers but the directory of the wireless driver). It should be installed by default. (But on my Windows 2003 it had to be installed separately)
IBM ThinkPad T42 2378-FVU: Pentium M 735 (1.7GHz), 768MB RAM, Radeon 9600 64MB, 14.1" SXGA+, Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG
