Access Connections and normal windows wireless configuration

i do use the ibm access connections to connect to my different (w)lan's.

if i connect to the wlan of my university, the problem occurs, that the windows integrated connection tool is looking after in ip, although the ibm tool has find an ip.

does anyone has the same problem? -> i can solve it, if i go to the windows networksettings and press "F5" to actualize it. then windows does also find the ip!
