need some help with t42

hi have an ibm t42. i connnect the laptop with tv using s video cable and dual rca cable to watch a movie on tv and it work good but the problem is there is no audio can some one please help me it ? i put the dual rca cable in headphone jack and other end to tv. when use the headphone it work. but its not working with tv .

Can you get the TV & cable to work with any other source e.g mp3 player, walkman etc.

Looks like it is either the cable or the TV.
