t43p soundcard

I have a t43p. Does anyone know the name of its soundcard and whether it supports Soundblaster? I got "AC 97" from Google but I'm not sure if this is correct.

I don't know how different the T43 and T43p are.

My T43 (2668-71U):

My T43 (1871-FWG) has the same sound card as Xenomorph has in his T43.

I found out by using PC-Doctor for Windows, slecting System Reports, then System Information and reading through the list.

@rCX, How about doing the same?
