Never should one give up... at least on a ThinkPad as long as this forum is around:

After downloading the driver, you must go into C>Drivers>Win>Wlanint and run the setup file from there.

It works. Thank you very much. I got drivers for wireless ... but I still have yellow mark for "PCI Modem". I even do not know waht it is for: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)". Is it some how related with wireless or waht??? Thanks.

That's your 56K modem for dial-up or VPN...nothing to do with wireless.

The driver was correct. I got it to work though It isn't "Modem" in path you mentioned : C>Drivers>Win>Modem. I went to ...Win>SWMDMCNT>HXFSetup insted. Thank you very much for help. god Bless.
