"Bluetooth device not found" message on T43 (2669-z8k)

Hi!
I have problem with Bluetooth on my ThinkPad. I checked the Lenovo site and my model has an integrated bluetooth device. In fact, I can use it with the Microsoft Bluetooth Support for Integrated Bluetooth IV, but it has very limited capabilities.

I tried to install the supported driver for my bluetooth (loaded from the official Lenovo Web site), the device is shown as "enabled" and "this device is working properly" in the Device Manager.
But every time I tried to use the software, it pops a message "Bluetooth device not found".

I tried to search the forum, but didn't find the answer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try Fn+F5 and turn the BT device on. You can do it in AC also.

I tried this with no effect. I also tried to install v 5.5 of the driver as someone suggested, but the result was the same.

When you look at the Systems Device list, does it show up as IBM Integrated BT IV? Does the device Driver Provider shows up as Broadcom?

If all else fails, uninstall the BT software in Control Panel and reinstall again.

The device is shown as "ThinkPad Integrated Bluetooth IV" manufactured by Broadcom.
I also tried to completely uninstall the software, reboot, and install it again. It still shows that there is no local device.
Should my next step be to call Lenovo support?
