L11 tip not charging Nokia phone

Hi Experts,

I just buy the ThinkPad and IdeaPad 90W Slim AC/DC Combo Adapter (41N8460), Lenovo Dual Charging Cable (41R4345) and L11 Tip fpr Nokia phones (41R4394). I liked the idea to use only one charger to get my T43 and my Nokia phone charged at the same time.

First when i connect the slim AC/DC adapter to my T43 works fine, then i did the same but connect the dual charging cable to the slim AC/DC adapter also my T43 get charged. The problem is when at the other end of the Dual charging cable i put the L11 tip to charge at the same time, T43 and Nokia E65, the phone recognize the charger and the display of the phone shows the message of "charging" after one second the display shows another message saying "Not charging" and of course the phone doesn't get charged. I did the right conections as showing the Dual charging cable, T43 to end "Laptop" and Nokia E65 to end "AUX".

I try to use it in a Nokia E65 and a 6120 classic with the same results.

Does anyone has experienced something like this? Am I missing something? or do I have a broken L11 tip?
