upgrade lcd screen from xga to uxga

Hi i want to upgrade my t43(x300) from "default" xga to uxga.
I buy uxga screen on ebay FRU 92P6753 from t42p.
But latter i see, i need few more thinks like new lcd cable (uxga) and mybe new lcd inverter?

That i want to ask you, do i need new lcd inverter or i can use old one (default one)?

Do i need change anything else?

You need an LCD cable FRU# 91P6893 and an inverter FRU# 39T0361

Thank you. I wondering if i can use LCD INVERTER 93P4161 and T42P VIDEO CABLE FRU 91P6858.

If those are both from a UXGA+ T42/P then the answer would be yes.
