Replace t43 motherboard with t43p

Hi guys, first time poster.

I have a t43 which has served me very well for the past couple years but unfortunately her motherboard died this past weekend. In researching new boards I came across the t43p board with the 128mb ATI FireGL GPU, a nice upgade from my current 64mb ATI x300. According to everything I've read the two machines are nearly identical, so my current CPU, memory, heat sinks and fans should work with a t43p board. Before I go and order the board though, I'd just like to get some other opinions. Is that swap as possible and easy as I think it is? Has anyone done it? Is there anything I've failed to consider?

Any insight would be great.
