Question on T43 parts....

On the T43 i have , 14.1".I'm in need of a hard drive cover and the LCD trim ring.One that goes over the screen with the clear plates on it.
I have looked on ebay and some listing say for the hard drive cover (for the 14.1") that the T43 is diffrent from T40/41/42's.Others say in the listing it's good for all T4x thinkpads.

Same thing with the lcd screen bezel.Some listings say that the T43 is diffrent from the T40/41/42's.

Can any had drive cover from any 14.1" T4x fit?
Same with the lcd screen bezel?

Across 14" LCD models, both parts are the same, interchangeable between all 14" T4x's.

This is what i thought.
But after seeing some different e-bay ads saying different.I thought i would ask here to find out 100%.
